| Abstrak | Enhancing images of the surveillance video is still a challanging task nowadays. Especially when the video is taken under low light illumination, such as the CCTV video of parking lot of STMIK STIKOM Bali. The parking lot itself is located under ground where the sunlight at day time is very limited, while light sources for the night time are only few of fluorescence lamps. This makes it harder when comes the time to analyze the video for surveillance purpose. Thus, it is really a demand that the output of CCTV video of the parking lot STMIK STIKOM Bali to be enhanced for better image quality.
The success of Wavelet Transform in image denoising technique is believed that it will help the purpose of this research.
