| Abstrak | PT. Delta Satria Dewata Pocari Sweat is an authorized distributor for marketing in all areas of Bali. PT. Delta Satria Dewata assisted by four DEPO, DEPO is Singaraja, DEPO Negara, DEPO Klungkung and DEPO Karangasem. In the area of marketing, the leadership is difficult to monitor the increase or decrease in sales of their products, it can be detrimental to the company and the leadership of the company should be able to increase sales, or at least maintain sales. But with hard data collection such as collecting sales data from the area where the more sold, the data which is more dominant product sold up the data on which areas pocari products does not develop or experience a decline in sales, making it difficult to monitor the improvement of leadership and decrease in their products. In addition, the leadership is also difficult to give orders to subordinates to action next sale. For that it is necessary an information system for the leaders (executives) in order to monitor the increase or decrease in sales of their products. Executive Information System is a system aimed at the executives to be able to monitor the progress of the company, so that the executive is able to give the right decision. Thus, the executive is able to implement the program as it is determined from the beginning. The design of this system using the DFD and using Visual Basic programming language. This system can solve the problems faced by leaders of PT. Delta Satria Dewata.
